The Shadow Is Coming

Hi.
I'm Robert E Kreig and I make stuff up.

I'm pleased to announce another adventure is on its way.

The Woodmyst Chronicles Book VI: The Shadow of Woodmyst will be on its way very soon.

The Shadow of Woodmyst is the continuing story of Alice Warde as she grows in power, abilities and leadership. I must admit that it has been a fun ride writing about this girl as she grapples with so many twists and turns.

I can't help but feel that Alice was forced into an early maturity as life dealt out a fair share of harsh realities and dumped them into her lap. Even though she is a figment of my imagination, I struggled with placing this little girl in such terrible circumstances. But, it had to be done for her to become the person she eventually develops into by the end of the series.

The Shadow Of Woodmyst is book six in the saga and tells of Alice's shaping as a trusted leader by her people, and how she comes to grips with the changes she is faced with, not only in her position but also in herself as she grows.

I guess this is my twisted version of a coming-of-age story.

My hope is that those who have been enjoying the series so far will also continue to do so for the remaining books of the Woodmyst Chronicles.

It only gets stranger and more frightening from here on.
